Do you adjust your fee based on home sale price? |

| No. We base our fees on the amount of work necessary to produce a quality home inspection report. If we based our fee on the home's selling price, we would be motivated to not report items, and keep you from asking for a lower sale price. We work for you, not a commission. | |
Can I attend the home inspection? |

| YES! We encourage it! Having the you there, will allow you to ask questions, and get immediate answers. Also, should any home system require further investigation, or repair, you can start the process immediately. | |
Other home inspectors want me to attend the inspection, why? |

How long does a home inspection take? |

| An average size takes about 3+ hours on site, and then a few more hours compiling the home inspection report. Sometimes we have confirm with other experts to determine age of components. This just provides a better quality report for you. | |

No, if you are getting a mortgage dependent on a professional termite inspection (such as VA/FHA/HUD), or you used a PAR buyer's agreement.
