| Please use this Checklist during the walk-through that should be taken within twenty four hours prior to the home's closing and/or warranty expiration. This is to ensure there have been no significant or noticeable changes since the home inspection. Between your home inspection and closing, a period of time could have allowed for a home's conditions to change. A home's components/appliance/systems can fail at any time, so we urge you to operate/inspect them all prior to closing. Ensure you bring light bulbs, and inspect behind any remaining furniture/items left by the property owner(s). | ||
