Septic Inspections
Your septic system is very important, which requires regular inspections and irregular inspections.
A regular septic system inspection is an inspection performed when your septic tank is pumped (about 2-3 years). The technician pumping your septic tank should perform a septic inspection on the rest of your system. Don't be surprised the documentation might not assess the condition in detail, but be simple comments about the condition, such as "baffles intact", or "alarms sound".

An irregular septic inspection is one performed because of an event. Such as a component replacement, i.e. a pump, or a pending real estate translation. Such inspections are different than regular/routine septic system inspections. With regular inspections, the owner of the system called the technician not because the septic system failed, but because it was time to pump/inspect the tank. With irregular septic systems, the call is to assess the actual operation of the septic system, and a septic system inspector does not have the luxury to assume it's been working all the time. Irregular septic inspections require special steps to help asses the condition of the septic system. Dye checks, hydrolytic loading, inspection holes, etc.

Our Septic System Inspection Services
ABC Inspection Services, at this time, does not offer Septic system inspections(with septic system reports). We do however check septic systems operation in the process of performing home inspections, due to the process we use to check for water flow, and drain rates. If a problem is notice, it will be commented on, however if you want a full inspection, we can arrange for a company to perform it for you, just ask.
